SPA POLICY

Scheduling Appointments Valid credit card is required to schedule all spa services. All major credit cards, debit cards and cash accepted. No personal checks.

Age Requirements Must be 15 or over unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellations We require twenty-four hour notice of any service cancellation. We reserve appointment time with your credit card. Your card will be charged in the event that a service is cancelled with less than twenty-four hour notice.

Confirmations We will confirm all spa appointments by telephone or email, 48 hours in advance. Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

Personal Items We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

Gratuities 18% is automatically applied to all services. Further tipping is encouraged but at the discretion of our clients. 20% is customary. Gift certificates and all promotions do not include gratuities and are charged 18% on the full value at the time of service.

WINE POLICY

Full Bodied Wine and Spa promotes responsible alcohol consumption.

We support the combat against under age drinking and drunk driving.

Legal Age of alcoholic beverage purchase and consumption is 21. Proof of age is required

Wine Tasting is complimentary at the discretion and availability of Full Bodied Wine and Spa and is not part of the sale of any products or services. We reserve the right to refuse tasting to any person. Acceptance of wine tasting is at the sole discretion of the customer. Customer accepts all responsibility for any occurrences resulting in the consumption of alcohol.

Government Warnings 1)According to the surgeon general women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. 2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
